New Construction in Newark Suffers Flood Damage
As this house in Newark was getting close to completion for our customers, a flash flood deposited muck-filled groundwater. We're Faster To Any Size Disaster; we quickly removed the remaining water, shoveled and squeegeed the concrete pad clean of mud and debris. The flood cuts were necessary since the sheetrock was warped from wicking water. The rooms are clean, the dehumidifier (LGR) and several air movers are completing the drying process. The precise cuts can allow for an easier installation of drywall once the antimicrobial agent has been applied to the exposed framing. Count on us to complete the job on time, and within the prescribed budget.
