Newark Hardwood Flooring Saved from Water Damage

The After Photo illustrates the result of several days of work from our SERVPRO ASD applied structural drying technicians. The previously wet and slightly warping floor planks are now dry, straight, finished, and leaving our customer feeling, "Like it never even happened." We understand the methods and equipment required to undertake this task and have these great results. The Before Photo shows the strategic placement of drying mats with large surface areas concentrating into on suction point at the orifice with the yellow hoses and fittings. This forcibly removes residual moisture from the tongue and groove joints allowing the planks to dry out slowly over several days to an even surface. We also used dehumidifiers and air movers to enhance the evaporation and diminishing the dwell time of moisture on the floor and walls. Count on SERVPRO!
