Fremont House in Need of Water Damage Remediation

This older house in the Fremont area of California was abandoned due to a foreclosure. The burst pipes led to ceiling leaks, and the accumulated water followed gravity down to the floor. SERVPRO can remove the small amount of remaining water, then the demolition of structural elements was required. The visible mold, the puffy white markings, can be scraped off, and then all of the existing framings must be sprayed with an antifungal chemical. This long project was planned and executed with a project manager and the responsible party once the agreement was signed. We can stop the leak, mitigate mold and water damage, fortify the studs and framing, and again spray to prevent mold growth. Now the project is ready for the build back.
